WBPSC Clerkship Examination 2023 – Answer Key

West Bengal Public Service Commission has conducted Clerkship Examination 2023 and uploaded the official answer key for Part I exam held in November 2024. This section summarises fee, important dates, age limit and provides a clean answer key and notice section so that candidates can quickly access all updates.

Application Fee

• Examination fee for general and most categories: Rs. 110/-
• Online payment using debit or credit card: service charge generally 1 percent of exam fee subject to minimum charge.
• Online payment through net banking: fixed service charge as per bank rules.
• Offline payment at bank counter: additional bank service charge is applicable.
• SC, ST candidates of West Bengal and persons with benchmark disability: No examination fee.
• No fee exemption for SC, ST or OBC candidates of other states.
• Mode of payment: Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking or Bank Counter.

Important Dates

• Online application and fee payment started on: 08-12-2023
• Last date for online application and online fee payment: 29-12-2023 up to 03:00 PM
• Last date for offline fee payment: 30-12-2023
• Date for bank challan generation: 29-12-2023
• Part I examination date: 16 and 17-11-2024 (two sessions each day from 09:30 AM to 11:00 AM and 02:30 PM to 04:00 PM).
• Date from which admit card became available: 02-11-2024

Age Limit (as on 01-01-2023)

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Maximum age: 40 years (candidates born not earlier than 02-01-1983 and not later than 01-01-2005).
• Age relaxation is admissible according to WBPSC rules for reserved categories.

Educational Qualification

• Candidate should have passed Madhyamik examination or equivalent from a recognised board.
