District Health and Family Welfare Samiti, Purba Bardhaman has invited offline applications for 41 posts of ANM (Community Health Assistant Urban) under National Health Mission. Eligible ANM or GNM qualified candidates registered with West Bengal Nursing Council can submit filled applications up to 22 December 2025. This recruitment is on contractual basis and carries a consolidated monthly remuneration.

Qualification

Candidates must have passed ANM or GNM course from an institute recognised by Indian Nursing Council and be registered with West Bengal Nursing Council. Only female candidates are generally eligible for community health assistant posts. Preference may be given to residents of the concerned urban areas as per notification.

Selection Process

Selection will be based on merit of academic qualification, experience and interview or counselling as per National Health Mission guidelines. A combined panel will be prepared on the basis of marks and documents verification.
